MV Agusta F4Z by Zagato
The MV Agusta F4Z is the first ever historical Milanese coach-builder Zagato worked their magic alongside the aforementioned motorcycle builder. Based on the standard mechanics of the MV Agusta F4,the Z version was designed by Zagato as a one-off piece for a young Japanese entrepreneur – lucky guy. The bike’s bodywork benefits from Zagato’s imaginative team and the use if lightweight materials, such as aluminum and carbon fiber. This means impressive looks, re-engineered components, new intake manifolds, fuel tank, battery and exhaust, as well as a lighter bike.
MV Agusta strayed away from the rules of motorbike customization, while Zagato left the car universe only to allow its expertise to take over another dimension. Zagato Atelier had to find a way to interpret the customer’s lifestyle, with his interest in the fashion and publishing sectors letting Zagato down this appealing road. As such, the customer is probably now enjoying this classic-looking and possibly timeless MV Agusta with a timeless design. Why complain? Better yet, why doesn’t Zagato meddle in the motorcycle world more often?
