Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R by Team Kawasaki
Team Kawasaki SRC has always been one of the stronger teams in the Endurance World Championship, and their latest project seems to hint towards a seriously interesting future. The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R by Team Kawasaki is enough to get you in the mood for racing; I can already hear it roar and see it go passed anyone else on the track. Developed especially for racing purposes, this green beast would make even the Hulk smile – I doubt he’d fit and he would probably break the frame instantly, but he’d still smile.
Endurance racing is a tough business, which is why the project includes quick-change pieces for the wheels and brakes, as well as varioous other reliable components. Racing headlights are mandatory, but the units on the Team Kawasaki SRC Ninja ZX-10R feature directional LED pieces that comprise the total headlight illumination package. The controls are an ergonomic compromise, meant to satisfy all three riders involved, while the Nissin brakes are an interesting change compared to the Brembo name we usually face. Riders will tell you too that Brembo calipers release differently from Nissin units, so it’s a matter of preference and feeling.
