Turner Motorsport set out to transform two BMW M6 GT3 cars last year, for the 2016 24 Hours at Daytona. Part of the new homologated GT3 spec class, their vehicles are currently being prepared, and so are their liveries. The Turner Motorsport No. 97 BMW M6 GT3 will be driven by Michael Marsal and Markus Palttala.

The Turner driver lineup for the 54th running of the Rolex 24 will include BMW Motorsport Works drivers and familiar North American sports car drivers, but let’s just focus on the beast at hand: that menacing BMW we see here. The altered BMW M6 GT3 features a longer wheelbase than the Z4 GT3, which it replaces. Powered by a 4.4-liter twin turbocharged V8 engine, the race-car is rumored to benefit from 500 hp and a satisfying top speed – unknown at this time. A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Enjoy!
