2017 Geneva Motor Show – Maserati Levante by Mansory
Exciting week to say the least, with the 2017 Geneva Motor Show featuring incredible automotive projects on display, with the Maserati Levante by Mansory among them. Remember the good old days, when Ferrari and Maserati were competing and no one could touch them? Well, this project seems to show off Italian brutality.
This exotic unit is what Mansory thinks might get our attention – and, they are right; this Levante packs quite a few alterations, enough to get people staring at it. Please note the bulging black hood and big air scoop in the middle, complementing the exterior orange shade bodywork and making us all think McLaren instantly.
Moving on with the list of tweaks, Mansory went on to extend the wheel arches and add various aerodynamic components such as a front lip spoiler, side skirts, diffuser, roof spoiler – all in carbon fiber and built in-house, of course. By the way, on the inside you will find the same color theme is on display throughout.
Hiding beneath the widened fenders are 22″ alloys, while a new air filter, exhaust, and remapped ECU enable the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 to push out a few extra ponies to make us of the extra grip – 465 ponies, to be exact, which is 35 more than the factory Levante S. There’s still room for improvements, don’t you think?
