2016 Geneva Motor Show – Ford Fiesta ST200
One particularly interesting, small yet thrilling vehicle, to show up at the Geneva Motor Show is the Ford Fiesta ST200. This is he most powerful production Fiesta ever, which should exciting; I’ve owned and driven a few, and these small little things are more capable than they look. Powered by a 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, tweaked t o develop 200 hp and 213 pound-feet of torque, the stylish hatchback will do 0 to 62 mph in 6.7 seconds and max out at 143 mph.
Aside from the powerful engine, the Fiesta ST200 shows off a unique Storm Grey paint-job, red brake calipers and matte black 17-inch alloys. The driver is to enjoy Recaro front seats, silver contrast stitching, illuminated sill plates, and special seat belts with silver accents inside the cabin. Whether this is a classic in the making or simply another small car to have fun with, doesn’t matter; either way, I’m happy with it. The Fiesta ST200 is scheduled to enter production starting June, with European deliveries to start shortly after.
