2016 Geneva Motor Show – Brabus Rocket 900 Coupe

2016 Geneva Motor Show - Brabus Rocket 900 Coupe

The Brabus Rocket 900 Coupe showed up at the Geneva Motor Show 2016, and everyone wanted a piece of the action. That’s because Brabus are well-known for their powerful take on Mercedes-Benz luxury sedans. Based on the Mercedes-AMG S 65 Coupe, the Brabus Rocket 900 Coupe features some familiar upgrades, alongside a shiny black exterior.

Those Brabus Rocket 900 upgrades I mentioned include larger pistons , turbochargers with a larger compressor and a larger turbine, not to mention 80 mm downpipes alongside a modified exhaust manifolds. A new air intake system has also been fitted onto the Brabus Rocket 900, with the new intake manifold featuring gold heat reflection to ensure optimum performance.

At the end of the day, owners can brag about 900 hp and 1106 lb-ft of torque – limited to 884 lb-ft. for safety reasons. As a result, the Brabus project will do 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and will reach 350 km/h. No clues about the price-tag, with customers having the choice between the complete package or the tuned-up version of their S 65. What will it be?
