1997 Land Rover Defender 90 Himalaya
This 1997 Land Rover Defender 90 Himalaya is far from standard form. It shows off a Khan body-kit, adding to the overall menacing and very capable attitude of the classic off-road icon. This popular SUV got sold, with only 1856 km (1153 miles) on the odometer, and there’s no point in talking costs, for two reasons: 1. I couldn’t have afforder it anyway and 2. there’s no point in talking costs with such awesomeness in front of us.
The powerful army-style colored 4×4 has been restyled and put through a complete overhaul. The 4.6 V8 engine now comes connected to a rebuilt automatic transmission mounted on a new galvanized chassis. There’s also a new Radiator, power steering, power brakes, alternator, pumps and all related engine components to make sure your driving experience is perfect. Please note the performance stainless eExhaust and 2-inch lift performance suspension system as well, comprising with Cranked front radius arms, trailingarms, springs and shocks.
The aforementioned body-kit comprises new front Wings, a raised Puma bonnet and all new glass. Other upgrades include NAS lights, LED lights, not to mention custom front grill assembly and light surrounds. Also part of the offering are power door locks, with remote locking Alarm system and LED off road lights.
On the inside, the new dash houses new gauges and components, complemented by an overall two tone theme. There’s new leather seats, with contrasting stitching and HIMALAYA emblems Bentley carpets and a new headliner. The sport style steering whee, along with the aluminum trim kit on the dash and front interior hint towards sporty performance and dynamic driving capabilities. Speaking of which, driving around in this Land Rover sounds even more exciting thanks to the Pioneer or Kenwood stereo and Navigation touch screen system. Please note the 20″ Khan alloys wrapper around in Cooper LTZ rubber. Take the party with you, where you go!
