Did anyone else drop in awe when they first got a glimpse of the Michael Bay’s latest creation? sure, he doesn’t build cars, but you know what I mean. Even if you don’t care for any of the Tranformers Hollywood productions, I’m sure there’s at least one ride in each of them that will get you drooling.

I’m looking forwards to hearing from you which of them it is, but in the meantime let’s focus our attention on the 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS Bumblebee that appeared in Transformers: Age of Extinction. The customized and blacked-out beast has remained in the hands of Bay himself, and I’m not wondering why.

However, the unique Camaro was scheduled to be auctioned off through the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction. Powered by a fuel-injected Corvette LS3 engine, mated to a 6-speed overdrive gearbox, and featuring custom suspension, 9-inch Ford rear end, roll cage, Willwood brakes, and a set of hideaway headlights, I’m sure this ride sold almost immediately. It’s safe to bet that the interior, fitted with modern touches such as a touchscreen navigation stereo system, and a set of leather seats, is equally impressive.
