1948 Land Rover Series I

1948 Land Rover Series I

The last of the Defenders was built in 2015, but Land Rover knows they still have a serious fan base around the world. Which is why they rebuilt 25 units to original 1948 specs, based on older, unrestored cars. Each of these classic off-roaders will benefit from a full restoration as well as correct period colors: Light Green, Bronze Green, Dove Grey, RAF Blue, and Poppy Red.

I found it incredible, not to mention interesting, that Reborn initiative from Land Rover Classic decided to offer customers the opportunity to buy one of 25 factory restored Series I models. I mean, how many of your favorite companies went out and did this for its clients?

Surely, you realize that these 25 original units will instantly become collectible, but what’s more interesting is this: after decades of engineering experience, manufacture and design innovation, these Land Rover Series I vehicles might just be the best of the best. Moreover, customers will also be able to select their preferred base vehicle with the help and guidance of Land Rover Classic’s experienced restoration team. What more could you ask for?
